Trong đó, nhóm điều hòa inverter (biến tần) đang ngày càng chiếm nhiều ưu thế. Nếu vài năm trước, điều hòa công nghệ inverter còn là hàng hiếm,  giá cao,  thì nay  nhóm hàng này  phong phú  hàng và chủng loại với giá bình dân hơn.

Đầu năm học, tại cuộc họp của phụ huynh học sinh tại trường mẫu giáo H.Y (Gò Vấp, TP.HCM), khi bàn về lựa chọn lắp đặt máy lạnh cho phòng học, sau khi cân nhắc giữa giá và chi phí tiền điện hàng tháng, ban giám hiệu đã quyết định chọn những dòng dieu hoa Panasonic inverter. “Bình quân, mỗi ngày chúng tôi phải mở máy lạnh từ 8 - 9 tiếng nên chọn dòng máy này là hiệu quả nhất”, bà Hiệu trưởng trường H.Y nói thêm.

Mùa thu này, tuy nhu cầu điều hòa không cao như mùa nắng nóng nhưng số lượng điều hòa bán ra ở các siêu thị cũng không hề thấp. Mùa khai giảng cũng là mùa các trường lớp tân trang lớp học, lắp đặt điều hòa cho các con. Đặc biệt, mùa cưới hỏi đi kèm với tân gia cũng góp phần làm tăng lương cầu trên thị trường điều hòa. Theo khảo sát,  không chỉ có các hộ gia đình, năm nay nhiều trường học cũng đổi sang dòng dieu hoa lg Inverter,  vừa bền,vừa tiết kiệm chi phí hàng tháng.

Inverter là bước cải tiến công nghệ của điều hòa,  các nhà sản xuất máy lạnh dùng giải pháp “mạch đổi điện tự động” nhằm điều chỉnh các thông số điện như hiệu điện thế, cường độ dòng điện... Mạch chuyển đổi này kiểm soát số vòng quay của máy nén, dẫn đến kiểm soát công suất lạnh. Khi phòng đủ lạnh, máy lạnh inverter sẽ tự động giảm công suất hoạt động. Với công nghệ inverter, theo các nhà sản xuất, lượng điện tiêu thụ tiết kiệm so với máy lạnh thường từ 40 - 60%.

Nhiều tính năng và giá hợp lý

Kết thúc mùa nóng năm nay (từ tháng 3 – tháng 8), theo thống kê của các kênh bán lẻ hàng điện lạnh, tỷ lệ điều hòa inverter tiêu thụ ở mức 40% trong tổng số nhóm hàng này.  Năm 2014, Riêng hãng điện tử LG đã đưa ra thị trường khoảng 12 model điều hòa inverter  thuộc các dòng: Artcool Inverter V, Deluxe Inverter V, Standard Inverter V, Econo Inverter V… Các dòng điều hòa này  nổi bật với các tính năng  tiết kiệm năng lượng tối ưu với công nghệ inverter kết hợp với các chế độ kiểm soát năng lượng chủ động. Nghĩa là máy sẽ tự động  tùy chỉnh theo 4 mức: 100%, 80%, 60% và 40% công suất làm lạnh tuỳ theo số lượng người sinh hoạt trong căn phòng. Máy có khả năng  làm lạnh nhanh với tính năng Jet Cool có thể làm nhiệt độ phòng giảm xuống  5 độc C trong vòng 3 phút.

To satisfy the hordes of domestic tourists, who largely come for the cooler climate and blaring karaoke, there's a reasonable amount of development and construction going on -- when this will settle down remains unclear.

Most of Tam Dao was destroyed by the Viet Minh in their war with the French but you can still see a few relics of the French presence here, including the empty pool and a few of the more dilapidated villas. But the villas are all going the way of the dodo and their more modern replacements are far from charming.

Best described as a half fishbowl wedged onto a hilltop, Tam Dao Hill Station backs onto a large pine forest. The centre of town is marked by the park, with the com pho places and the large hotels behind it.

Sitting over the drop onto the plains sits a decrepit, rundown hotel, from the roof of which a splendid view can be enjoyed of the plains below. As you sit there, you can imagine the balls and parties that would have been held on this rooftop back when the French still ran the place.

A new golf course and villa complex is being built on the road up to Tam Dao's peak. At present it offers nine holes with plans to complete the other nine before October 2006. It represents quite a spectacle contrasting bright pitch perfect lawns and greens with the hills overlooking the course. Conical hatted caddies can accompany you as you putt around the course and although incomplete it offers some fantastic golf for enthusiasts eager to hit a small white ball away from themselves. Final plans for the resort include a professional pro shop, resort-style hotel, villas, restaurants and shops.

Nếu không thì bạn sẽ cảm thấy ngột ngạt khi ở trong phòng lạnh 1 thời gian lâu. Vì lượng khí tươi cấp cho chúng ta thở là 20m3/giờ, lượng khí tươi này thiếu sẽ ảnh hưởng nhiều đến sức khỏe của bạn.
